All of our Fresh Sends are shipped via FedEx Overnight. Packages typically arrive at their destination by midday on the selected delivery date. If your package doesn't arrive on your desired delivery date, send us an email and we will let you know the options you can choose from to make it right. Order by 5pm ET in order to be eligible for next-day delivery. If your delivery date is not available, unfortunately, we have sold out for that day.
Your flowers have traveled long and far to get to you so it’s crucial that you try and get them in fresh water as soon as possible. Any flat or draping petals will perk up with room-temp water and flower food. If any petals get bruised in transit, don’t worry the flowers aren’t ruined, just gently remove that petal.
Remove any foliage that may be submerged in water.
Cut your stems at a 45 degree angle for the flowers to drink as much as possible. For your flowers to last longer, replace the water and retrim stems every few days.
Find a home for your arrangement in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
