Great news. We deliver throughout the continental United States. No city too big, no town too small - we'll make sure to get your Fresh Send to you.
Wait, my bouquet doesn't look just like the picture?
Unlike traditional florists, we are focused on seasonality and freshness which means your bouquet may vary from the picture you see on our website. While we do our best to ensure you are sending / receiving the bouquet you selected, we're sure you can understand the *wild* variables that come with the territory of growing, arranging, and sending fresh flowers. If you aren't fully satisfied with your experience here at Fresh Sends, contact us and we'll be sure to make it right.
Tell me about this shipping process...
We've partnered with a third party shipping company to get your blooms to their desired location lickety-split. All of our bouquets get arranged the day before the recipient receives them (meaning they're extra fresh) and head out our door for a fun overnight journey to make someone's day. The flowers will be in a water source on their trip and should typically arrive by midday on your selected delivery date. Upon arrival, it is essential the stems get recut and put in fresh water asap! Want to learn more? Click here to read details on our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer different sizes of bouquets?
Uh-huh! We offer our regular-sized bouquet and our big-sized bouquet in both The Wild Card and our Monthly Send arrangements. We'll be sure to notify you as our selection grows!
Do you have a purchase deadline?
Sure do, but we are here for those last minute ("oh no my anniversary is tomorrow and I forgot to snag a surprise gift for my special someone") moments. For next day deliveries, you must place your order by 3pm MST.
Can I place a bulk order?
Want to send all your clients, employees, extended family members a Fresh Send? Easy. Give us a shout (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will help you place your bulk order to avoid multiple separate transactions.
