Choose Your Size

We’re keeping it simple, only offering a regular or full-sized bouquet.

The regular send includes 15-18 stems depending on the flower variation.

The full send includes 24-27 stems depending on the flower variation.

Choose Your Written Card

We truly believe flowers speak louder with words, which is why we’ve designed a wide variety of cards for every occasion.

If you can’t find a card specific to your occasion, don't fret, you'll get to write a personalized message on the back.

All messages will be hand written on the back of your selected card.

Choose Your Delivery Date

Delivery is currently available Tuesday through Friday of any given week, excluding holidays.

Orders must be placed by 5pm ET in order to be eligible for next day delivery.

If your desired delivery date is unavailable then we have unfortunately sold out for that day.

We deliver anywhere in the lower 48 contiguous United States.

Not sending to yourself? Be sure to double check the delivery address is correct!

Your Fresh Send will be designed, packaged, and shipped the day before your selected delivery date, which is when you’ll also receive a tracking number so you can follow along!

The Send

Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout the contiguous United States (no Hawaii or Alaska at this time - so sorry, friends).

What will my bouquet look like?

We only guarantee beautiful, fresh flowers.

Every Monday we share a video on our Instagram story of what the Fresh Send will look like that week, however, color palette and stem varieties may change daily due to seasonality and availability.

If you want to get a better idea of what our bouquets look in general, check out our story highlight on Instagram labeled “Past Sends”. The overall aesthetic of the Send remains the same regardless of color palette or stem varieties.

What's the benefit of preordering?

The only benefit of preordering versus ordering for next-day delivery is you have a higher likelihood of your delivery date being available.

Your bouquet will be designed, packaged, and shipped the day before your selected delivery date regardless of how far in advance you place your order.

How do the flowers stay fresh?

Every bouquet is shipped via FedEx’s Next Day service to ensure freshness!

The flowers are shipped with a water source to keep them hydrated on their journey. Upon arrival, it is essential the stems get recut and put in fresh water asap!

The Fresh Set

When can I expect my gift set to arrive?

While we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date with our gift sets, we want to do what we can operationally if you are in a pinch. Reach out to us at hello@freshsends.com and we’ll work with you to make sure your gift arrives as close as possible to your desired delivery date!

We have shipping options for whatever type of procrastinator you are ;)

Planning way ahead / Standard: 3–7 business days ($6.95?)

Normal person / Expedited: 2–3 business days ($15)

Major procrastinator ;) / Rush: 1–2 business days ($30)

Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to receive and process your order. You will get an email with a tracking number notifying you that your order has shipped as soon as your package leaves our facility.

When do I need to order my gift set to arrive by a particular holiday?

We will keep you updated across social media and email with deadlines to purchase gifts in order to arrive by certain holidays, be sure to follow and subscribe to stay in the loop.

Can I get a sample of the Fresh Set products?

We offer samples of The Perfume or The Hand Cream with each purchase, simply select what you’d like to test before you move to the cart!

Are Fresh Sends products cruelty-free?

Fresh Sends products are all cruelty-free which means we never test on animals during any stage of the production process. We are also committed to only working with vendors who uphold the same standards.

Are Fresh Sends products vegan?

Yes! All Fresh Sends products are vegan.

Can I return my gift set?

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery in the original packaging on unused products only. Send us an email to hello@freshsends.com from the email you used to place the order to let us know the reason for the return. Your refund will only be processed after we receive the products and inspect them at our warehouse.

Can I exchange a product I received as a gift?

Yes! If you received a gift that wasn’t exactly the Fresh Sends product you had in mind, we can help! If you can provide your name and address just as it was on the shipping label along with the sender's name and email address (if you have it) then we will attempt to find the order for you. Without letting your gift giver know, we can exchange the product or issue a gift card for a future purchase.

How should I care for my Fresh Sends candle?

We recommend the first use of your candle be about 2-3 hours or until the entire surface of the wax has melted. This will help get the most out of your candle and ensure future burns are nice and even. We recommend only burning your candle for about 4 hours each time to extend its life and suggest trimming the wick to ¼” after each use. This helps to avoid excessive smoke, soot, and carbon buildup, not to mention it’ll help extend the life of your candle!
